Siemens PLC automation
Siemens PLC & TIA Portal engineering for Ireland and the UK
S7-1500 programming, WinCC HMI and SCADA, integration, commissioning and migrations for manufacturing plants.
The challenge
Ageing Siemens controllers, undocumented code and stretched in-house teams are a common cause of downtime and stalled upgrades. Finding a TIA Portal engineer who can pick up an existing project, understand it and deliver changes safely is often harder than it should be.
JJA Group provides Siemens PLC engineering as a contractor or as a delivery partner. We deliver most engineering remotely from our base in Kraków, Poland, and travel to Ireland, the UK and Europe for build, FAT/SAT and commissioning.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work on existing TIA Portal projects written by others?+
Yes. We regularly review, fault-find and extend existing Siemens projects. We start by understanding the current code and documenting what we change.
Can you migrate legacy Siemens PLCs to S7-1500?+
Yes. We scope the migration, convert and restructure the logic in TIA Portal, and plan the cutover and commissioning to keep production disruption to a minimum.
Do you support Modbus TCP integration?+
Yes. We integrate S7-1500 controllers with drives, power meters, packaged skids and other third-party devices over Modbus TCP.
Do you work on site in Ireland and the UK?+
Yes. We deliver most engineering remotely from our base in Kraków, Poland, and travel to Ireland, the UK and Europe for build, FAT/SAT and commissioning.
Can you work as a contractor inside our engineering team?+
Yes. We can work under your standards and project structure, or deliver a defined scope as a package.
