Robot programming and cell integration

FANUC, KUKA, ABB and Universal Robots for palletising, handling, packaging and machine tending, including robot cell safety.

The challenge

A robot cell only pays back when the robot, PLC, conveyors and safety system work as one. Most delays come from the integration: handshakes, recovery sequences and safety zones that were not thought through.

JJA Group programs and integrates industrial robots into your line and control system. We deliver most engineering remotely from our base in Kraków, Poland, and travel to Ireland, the UK and Europe for build, FAT/SAT and commissioning.

What we do

  • Robot programming for FANUC, KUKA, ABB and Universal Robots
  • Palletising, pick and place, handling and packaging applications
  • Machine tending cells for CNC and production equipment
  • PLC to robot integration and line handshakes
  • Robot cell safety: guarding, safety scanners, safe zones and safety PLC logic
  • Offline programming support, commissioning and cycle time optimisation

Industries

Food & beverage

End-of-line palletising and case handling.

Distribution & logistics

Handling and palletising cells integrated with conveyors and WMS signals.

Manufacturing

How we work

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Tell us about your plant, system and what you need.

  2. 02

    Scoping call

We talk through the scope, constraints and timeline.

  3. 03

    Proposal

You receive a clear proposal with scope and approach.

  4. 04

    Delivery

We engineer, commission and document the work.

Frequently asked questions

Which robot brands do you work with?+

FANUC, KUKA, ABB and Universal Robots. Raymond holds ABB robot programming certification.

Can you modify an existing robot cell?+

Yes. We can add products, change pallet patterns, improve cycle times and fix recovery issues in existing cells.

Do you handle robot cell safety?+

Yes. We design and validate cell safety to ISO 13849, including guarding, scanners and safety PLC logic.

Do you integrate the robot with our PLC?+

Yes. We program the PLC side and the robot side so the handshakes and fault recovery are consistent.

Where do you work?+

We deliver most engineering remotely from our base in Kraków, Poland, and travel to Ireland, the UK and Europe for build, FAT/SAT and commissioning.
