Our story
FROM SYDNEY FACTORY FLOORS TO EUROPEAN PRODUCTION LINES.
JJA Group is built on more than twenty years of industrial automation engineering. Its roots are in Robycs Technology, an automation and robotics business in Sydney, Australia, delivering turnkey PLC, SCADA, control panel and robotic systems (KUKA, FANUC, ABB) for food and beverage, packaging, metal processing and pharmaceutical clients, where a stopped line is counted in money per minute.
Today JJA Group is an industrial automation engineering company based in Kraków, Poland, serving clients across Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe. We design and build control cabinets, produce electrical designs, program PLC, HMI and SCADA systems and integrate industrial robots.
We work across both major control platforms. Rockwell, including Studio 5000, PlantPAx and FactoryTalk View, and Siemens, including S7-1500, TIA Portal and WinCC. Most automation engineers carry one. Holding both means we are not steering you toward the platform we happen to know.
Engineering is done remotely where possible, which keeps costs down and turnaround fast. We are on site for cabinet build, FAT/SAT and commissioning, when being there is what counts.

Leadership

JJA Group is led by Raymond Sanchez, an Australian control systems engineer with over twenty years in industrial automation and electrical engineering.
He built and ran Robycs Technology, an automation and robotics business in Sydney, Australia, delivering turnkey PLC, SCADA, control panel and robotic systems (KUKA, FANUC, ABB) to food and beverage, packaging, metal processing and pharmaceutical clients. He holds ABB robot programming certification and has led teams on large automation builds, including a pharmaceutical serialisation line.
He has since held senior contract engineering roles with BlueScope, on automation in steel manufacturing, and with Jacobs, on Siemens PLC architecture, machine safety, FAT and CAT testing and pharmaceutical equipment.
He currently provides contract engineering on large-scale industrial automation projects in Ireland and the UK.
JJA Group operates from Kraków, Poland, delivering across Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe.
