This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by JJA Group Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland. KRS 0001128328 · NIP 6912581337. Email: admin@jjagroup.pl. JJA Group Sp. z o.o. is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us.
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, your company name (optional), your email address, and the content of your message.
If you join our talent register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, location, trade or discipline, years of experience, qualifications held, right to work status, and anything else you tell us.
We do not collect personal data from you in any other way through this website.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use contact form data to read and respond to your enquiry, and to continue any business correspondence that follows from it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in responding to enquiries directed to us, and yours in receiving a reply. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, we also process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
We use talent register data to consider you for current and future roles, and to contact you when a project fits your discipline and location. Our lawful basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will remove your details.
We do not use your data for marketing, do not build profiles, and do not make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf: Formspree, Inc. (United States), which receives and delivers submissions from our contact form and talent register; and Lovable, which hosts this website. Both act as processors under written terms. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else, except where we are required to do so by law.
Transfers outside the EEA
Formspree is based in the United States, so data submitted through our forms is transferred outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You can request further information about these safeguards using the contact details above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, we keep records for as long as necessary for that relationship and for any period required by Polish accounting and tax law.
We keep talent register entries for 24 months from the date you submit them, or from our last contact with you, whichever is later. You can ask us to remove your details sooner at any time.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have inaccurate data corrected, have your data erased, restrict how we process your data, object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email admin@jjagroup.pl. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl
